Just have fun or you'll fall into that slump again! I had problems with my siggie blocks too and while I did get them mailed it was too late for them to arrive by the deadline. She should have them this week so not TOO bad late. Like patti, I had problems getting motivated to make them. To the point that I couldn't make myself work on anything else so I just didn't work on anything! And this is why I rarely do swaps any more. Not worth the stress! Have fun with your quilting and let anything slide that doesn't make you happy.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03812156057009704007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29563767.post-73872211158100280002007-03-05T09:53:00.000-08:002007-03-05T09:53:00.000-08:00It really is feast or famine.... Quilting is a great escape from one's troubles, isn't it? Look how productive you were in spite of everything else that was going on. And don't beat yourself up about not getting every thing done that you wanted to finish. We can't do it all, despite our best intentions. Your friends all still love you! The only reason I managed to do it is because I really wanted blocks back from everyone. And it's sure a good thing that I have only one customer quilt waiting - one that she doesn't care when it's finished. I've not even wanted to quilt my own - which must change since I need to finish a UFO soon to avoid paying a couple penalties. All I want to do is sit at my little featherweight and turn out pieced blocks. Or sit and appliqué. Going to work and focusing on my job has been close to impossible! But totally necessary of course. So I can sure relate!Pattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07125491177774966237noreply@blogger.com
