76 Nine Patches - DONE!

I did a little more sewing during the week end and got all 76 nine patches finished. I've been contemplating a setting and I think I finally have a plan. I can't say much because the recipient reads my blog. (don't want to ruin the surprise) So, as the week progresses I'm planning to assemble these cuties into, hopefully, a sweet quilt. I'm not sewing ALOT but at least I'm doing a bit - babysteps - LOL

Thought for today: Worry can be paralyzing (why do we allow ourselves to let worry consume us?)

It's good to see you sewing again! Sometimes it takes a new project that you can get excited about to take you out of a slump. Remember those little bits done here and there add up. Keep at it just a little bit every day or so and before you know it your top will be finished.

Oh look at all of those! How cute! I can't wait to see what you do with them! I have a project I"m working on I can't share either because my friend reads my blog! So it will be a bit before I can share the finished product.

They look wonderful. I love the 30s line, though I seldom use them. Don't know why. I look forward to seeing what you make with them.

WOOOHOOOO ! Ring the bells !
Oh I'm soooo happy. You did a GREAT job, Darlene ! I'm so proud of you ! These 9 patches are just sparkling, and the fabrics are so cute !
This quilt is going to mean something VERY special to you like a "new beginning" ! Not to speak about the happy recipient ! I'd like to watch his/her face when receiving it !
You're moving me very much, because I know how it feels to get in a slump, and I know how brave and courageous you are.
Keep going, dear, there's a rainbow at your window !

Big hugs and smiles,
NADINE.

Oh, I can't wait seeing how you will set the blocks together.
