Retreat to the Mountains!

It’s that time again! Time to retreat to the mountains with my quilting bee. Naturally, here it is the night before we’re to leave and I still have not settled on a project or two. I have a tendency to pack too many projects but this time I’ve resolved to just pack two. But, but, what if I finish those two – then what? Well, maybe one more – those cute four patches must go with me! LOL ;-)

The stuff is piled everywhere as I attempt to decide which project to take. I don’t have projects ready however my cutting tools are or will be “labeled”.

I’ll be back Sunday afternoon – miss me!!!!

Have a great time Darlene! Your comment about trying to limit how many projects you are taking made me laugh. I had agreed to give a friend a ride to our last retreat because she isn't crazy about driving. When she got to my house, her entire trunk and back seat were crammed with the stuff she wanted to take along. How she expected to get it all into my car, which was already loaded with all MY stuff was a mystery! By the time we squeezed everything in we could hardly see out the windows to drive!

Great way to label your tools! Very cute and much more fun than a sharpie! Have fun on your retreat!

I hope you have a great time at the retreat. There is nothing wrong with packing an extra project or two, and getting to pick and choose when you get there what you feel like doing. As long as you don't have to carry the suitcase up the mountain!
