MULTI-TASKING!

I finally finished cutting fabric for the blue and brown quilts - WHEW!!!!! LOL And, now it's time to sew; today I'm multi-tasking - sewing both quilts at the same time. ;-) As I'm working I'm thinking about the friend that one of the quilts is for and praying that she will like it.

I hope that you're having a wonderful week end and finding a few minutes to play with your needle and thread.

Please leave a comment - I love to hear from you!

In Friendship!

Hi - Brown and Blue quilt! You're making my dream fabric combo. Last year I made a brown and pink skirt and this year I want to do something brown and blue. But tell me, what quilt pattern are you using. I scrolled down a few entries and counldn't find any references. Canadian Gail

How could your friend NOT like that quilt? Look at the beautiful fabrics you're using - yummy! I have always enjoyed sewing 2 quilts at one time, although I don't do it very often. You go, girl!

Oooh, I love a blue and brown color scheme for a quilt! I just bought the Morris Garden fabrics and they are in that range, with a bit of pink thrown in. So pretty. Can't wait to see what you will come up with for your projects!

Making both quilts at the same time will keep you on track. Making a 2nd after the first one is done doesn't always work as you may get bored and want to move on to another quilt. Looking forward to a picture of progress on the project.

I can rarely only piece one quilt at a time! I was showing my dh a baby quilt I am piecing...and he said "How many are you up to at the moment??!~" I had to admit I'm piecing THREE with another to come! I know I'm an ADD quilter. :::Grin::::
