Sniffing, Sleeping & Stitching!

On Sunday I was feeling a bit punky and as the day progressed I felt worse. Got up Monday morning with a terrible head cold. Consequently, I've been spending time either on the couch or in bed. While on the couch I've managed to do some stitchery. Some work on my primitive Four Seasons project (need more DMC #300 to finish one of the blocks) and work on my Polka Dot Girls project. I can't remember when I started stitching the PDG's and then stopped to finish my Quilter's Journey project and am just getting back to The Girls. I'd forgotten how cute they are. LOL

Back to my regularly scheduled sniffing and stitching. :-)

Thanks for stopping by - come again!

In Friendship!

Most sick people relax and maybe watch TV while taking a nap on the couch. You sound like you are getting way too much done! Get well soon!

Feed a cold; starve a fever. Wait . . . feed a fever; starve a cold. Oh heck . . . just have some chocolate *s*

I like Libby's idea, eat chocolate. Hope you're taking care of yourself and getting plenty of rest.

Oh...poor Darlene. You just relax and get better really soon. Get some vitamine Q (quilt vitamins) and you will feel better.

Take care, dear. Stay warm with lots of fluids... + fabric and thread, of course :>)

stitching, patching and quilting are THE best medicine! And if you're too poorly, fabric fondling will help too.
get well soon!

I hope you're back to feeling well soon, although it sounds like you're making great use of your sick time!

Get lots of rest and stay on the couch until you feel better, as long as you have stitching in hand you'll be better in no time. I'm having so much fun with PDG's, I'm starting #4.

I had no idea you were accomplishing so much while you are "resting" - look at you go! Everything you're working on looks beautiful, by the by!
Take good care of yourself - I'm still sending healthy thoughts your way!

I hope you don't have the AZ crud that is going through my family. It never goes away!! Seems like one day you feel good and the next, it is back again.

Make some good old chicken soup and get some rest!! Take care.....
