Everybody is doing the Dresden, except me because I'm late to the dance. ;-) I've been wanting to make a Dresden Plate quilt for a long time but kept procrastinating. No more - I'm in serious Dresden Plate mode. LOL
I spent the afternoon in my 'happy place' sewing away - making dresden plates. I was relaxed, smiling, humming and thinking about next dresden plate project! Oh yes, I was because when people say these are addicting I now know they mean it.
There's so much I want to tell you about these pretties but it's going to be a much longer post and I need to get it together. Stay tuned.
Thank you for stopping by to visit - I appreciate you.
In Friendship!

It's been forever since I dropped by! Love your dresdens. I just started on mine as well. It's funny, you just need a good design, a different look, and something old becomes new.
Your Dresden plate blocks are wonderful; have to love the Dresden Plate block, it is so feminine and cheerful. Now where did I put my unfinished blocks?
They are lovely Darlene!! It is nice to even have a short post from you:)

Your Dressies are gorgeous Darlene! Weren't you the one that had a bad experience with them before? Look at those-- just beautiful1!!
Gorgeous colors - this is going to be a wonderful quilt. I've made three Dresden Plate quilts - and have one ready for the quilter and one in process. I have used real 70s fabrics - not repros - 30s repros and 50s fabrics - I love them all.
