I'm heading to bed with a smile on my face and a song in my heart! A new project! WooHoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My new project has this cuties - 50 three inch nine patches. Aren't they sweet?
I've done a few blocks that these cuties fit into, so hopefully tomorrow I can show all the finished blocks.

I am so curios what you are going to do with this ninepatches LOL
I have handstitched a lot of ninepatches with "friendship fabric". Intend to do a wallhanging of them. Have started to sew the blocks together now, and will applique a border around. I love ninepatch. We had a ninpatch-swap in my quiltgroup some years ago and we made a lot of different quilts. Mine among several others was showed in Mc Calls magazine. I am proud of that. But the top is still not quilted. Another ufo LOL.

Love you gratitude about the Moda towers! You crack me up! LOL. You're going to inspire me to cut some of these up, aren't you?

The 9Ps are great! I've got a bazillion of them out of Civil War fabric. Can't wait to see what you're scheming up there, you tease! :)

Love nine patches - and love the fabrics! I have many of those fabrics set aside for a project of my own. I'm going to do the Blackbird ladies "Quilting the Garden" quilt with them.

I'm with you concerning MODA fat quarter bundles - I'm a sucker for them! I've finally convinced myself that the 5" charm square collections are enough in most cases to give me the "ownership" feeling I need. I love their fabrics more than any other manufacturer!

Those are darling! Glad you said they were three inch or I might have thought they were the standard 6 inch or something. Too cute. Of course my mind moves ahead to a scrappy quilt my mom made with those at center or Jack's Chain that uses itty bitty nine patches. It will be interesting to see how you use them.
