LOOK - I'm Sewing!
I just sat down to start assembling those bazillion half square triangles I made almost two weeks ago. Not sure how long this will last but I'll enjoy it for as long as it does. LOL
Thanks for words of encouragement - it's so nice to know that I'm not alone in this funk and that others have experienced this, too.
OK, 'nuf said - back to the machine before the moment passes. :-)

Yea, glad you're sewing! I've done more sewing in the last few days than I've done in quite a while. It's a great feeling to put a dent in some of the UFOs, I have a LOT of them waiting. In answer to your question on my blog about the little dresser, I'm not sure how I'm going to paint it yet, I'll probably paint it a light color and do some stenciling.

Keep sewing and before you know it your funk will be gone. Start playing with those triangle squares on the wall - you'll get a brainstorm and then off you'll go, eager to see your idea translated into fabric.
It's good to get started again.

Oh HST's..........They are better than chocolate....... So many wonderful things you can do with HST's.....

Good for you. I have 2 kids, so to sit down and finish some things is wonderful. How do you make them square? do you have trouble after you sew and cut them that they are not straight? mine are so not square after I cut and sew them...I have been watching my 1/4" seams, dont know why and I measured each color square before I put them together to mark the middle and sew on each side 1/4". Any suggestions. thank you
