Leap Frog (it says
SPRING)
Another “flimsy” quilted! WooHoo!!!! I need to find the binding for this one – where is it?????
I made this quilt almost three years ago. It’s a pattern from Me and My Sister Designs and made with a line of fabric from Moda – the name escapes me now but it has a 30’s feel to it.
I must think about making a list of my “flimsies” (aka quilt tops waiting to be quilted). Lately I’ve been taking two steps forward and many back – piecing more than quilting.
PS:
I have not been able to leave comments on “Typepad blogs” this morning but I have been reading! I’ll try again later.

Such a simple pattern making a very nice quilt. The quilting finishes it very beautifully. I can feel Spring and all the lovely flowers to go with it there!
Congratulations on another UFO completed. It's a really pretty quilt too!
oh I'm SO BUSTED! I have a Leap Frog UFO up on my design wall! All I need to do is move a few blocks around and sew the strips of blocks...VOILA! A top! You are getting me motivated..Thanks!
Oooooohhhhh, all those gorgeous 1930's fabrics are divine! Love the quilting ..... are you doing that on a domestic machine or a quilting set-up?
You will have that pile down to nuthin' before you know it -- keep going it looks great *s*
Wow, that is sweet! Hope you find that binding! I've never thought of calling finished tops "flimsy". Is that an acronym? I just called them UFOs. Keep well!
You've been busy! Another pretty cute quilt done!
So pretty! I love those colors and your quilting shows everything off so beautifully. Wonderful!
Very pretty. It does have a 30's feel. I love the spiral quilting on it.
Oh it is beautiful!
You've got some lovely tops in the pile, and it's good to see them getting quilted. But sometimes when you're in the piecing mood you just have to go with the flow and catch up with the quilting later.
Darlene, that is so pretty! What is the block pattern, if I may ask? I really like the way it lends itself to fat quarter bundles!
Love your "Leap Frog" quilt! You have a great collection of flimsys to quilt.
Another winner. Such an unusual nine patch...... You must be pleased with your progress. I sure am.
"Flimsy" - another word added to my quilting vocabulary - thanks! And you are really making progress on your flimsies! This one with its subtle colours looks so soft and friendly! Congtatulations on (nearly) finishing another beauty :o)
another gorgeous quilt!! Glad to see it's nearly completed. Did you quilt it yourself?
Love all your quilts...tops and finished!
You are truly an awesome quilter. I love every one of your quilts. Great job on getting so many UFOs done.
