Spring Table Toppers
(you’ll need sunglasses – LOL)
Here they are – two ‘almost’ Spring table toppers. I’ll finish them later this week after the border fabric arrives (it’s been shipped).
I made these two with one charm pack of Peas and Carrots by American Jane/Moda and yardage of an off white with yellow pin dots. That yellow inner border is definitely bright put I’m hoping the outer border fabric will tone it down. If not then I’ll employ my trusty seam ripper and look for something different.
I’ve had several people ask me about the patterns for these table toppers – there is no actual pattern. It’s just my idea(s) with charm packs. I’ll be happy to write up the instructions if you’d like.

The patriotic "Democracy" table topper for my daughter is quilted. WooHoo - just need to sew down the binding and it's all hers. She'll be one happy girl. :-)

Your table toppers are so cute! Sounds like some fast sewing going on. How big are they?I need to think about whipping a few of those! Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh yes, please write up the instructions. I love little quilted tabletoppers.
How lovely for spring
Beutiful table toppers. I am starting to make my spring table runner now. And I remembered I should baste and quilt my chicken table topper for easter. Perhaps this one is going to be machinequilted.
That's what I call efficacity and inspiration! They're just lovely, dear, and so springy ! Your daughter will be delighted, I'm sure. (Can't wait seeing your borders)...Oh, yessss pleazzzzze, give us some instructions ! Thanks !
Biiiig hugs & smiles,

What a very busy girl you have been. Lucky daughter. The spring tabletopper is as cute as it can be.
I've just come to the realization why I'm not producing quilts at the moment. You're tiring me out girl from all that quilting production! LOL I can't get over how much you whip out! Girl, what's your secret or as we used to say in my working days "I want the name of your pusher!" lol At the rate you're going I figure you'll have all the seasons and all the months in tablerunners completed by Saterday next week. Perhaps I can get you to work on mine! lol Happy quilting!
PS, they look gorgeous!
Love the table toppers. I don't think you can be too bright for spring.
Oh, girlfriend, they are wonderful! Love those bright, springy colors!! And please share your instructions with us! :)
Darling - they look like spring.
Oh please write up the instructions, I would love to make some. I love the spring toppers, they are so cute.
I have a few charm packs languishing in the studio. They would look great as a table topper. Writing the instructions would be great if you had the time.
These table toppers are great! They are sure to brighten up any room.
The tabletoppers are just beautiful! I can't believe how fast you sew them :) Instructions? Oh yes, pleeeease :)
Really cute little table toppers, Darlene! What a fun way to use those sampler packs.
Just gorgeous Darlene, they are so cheery and fresh!

Great little projects, and a great use of charm packs - how did we ever live without being able to satisfy our need for a "fabric fix" without feeling too guilty by buying charm packs?
