And, now the specifics! This is a Schnibbles pattern (State Fair) by Carrie of Miss Rosie's Quilt Co (yes, again - snicker) and I used a Jelly Roll (Maypole by April Cornell). I had plans to make it bigger but once I got started and saw it coming together I decided it would be best to keep it small (approx 36" x 36"). I think it's going to look wonderful on my kitchen table this Spring with a sweet pitcher full of flowers - I can see it in my mind's eye and I'm super excited! Carrie's pattern suggests an adorable piano key border but I had this yardage I needed to use. LOL And, did you notice my 'red peeper'? It shows just enough and covers some of the off-white background fabric. I love it! Peg at Happy In Quilting uses 'peepers' in many of her quilts and I've loved the effect so I decided it was time to do the same. :-)That's it for today - thanks for stopping by - come again soon!

I love it! It's happy and cheery and definitely beautiful! And the border you chose is perfect for it! I love the red peeper too ~ it is the perfect little touch. The fact that it is red... well, that's what makes it perfect. (I used one of those in Ruby Slippers.)

It really looks like you started with the border as the focus fabric - looks perfect the the blocks. Love the peeper too. It adds a lot to the look.
Perfect size and oh yes, pretty flowers. No flowers in Ohio yet...still waiting.
