The Swooning Continues

This morning I couldn't wait to get back into my Happiest Place on Earth to make another Swoon block or two.  :-)
These blocks are not big - they are HUGE!  (24.5" x 24.5")

Swoon block #2 (needs to be pressed)

Swoon block #3
There are a total of 9 blocks; stay tuned.  :-)

I hope you enjoy a pieceful week end.
Thank you so much for all the compliments and comments on my first Swoon block.

In Friendship!

These colors speak to me! Love them. You're doing a fabulous job. I certainly didn't realize the blocks were so huge! Does her pattern have a variation for smaller blocks, like if you were making a twin-size quilt and wanted a smaller pattern?

Swoon is one of my favorite patterns. I'm going to have to make some in my future. But, I think I'll try and make them smaller, eventhough I love the way big blocks make me feel like I'm getting more done for my time. Your blocks look great.

OH Darlene, I love your Swoon Blocks! I'm getting ready to start my Swoon quilt using Carrie Nelsons Nine Dots fabric collection. I can't wait. I'm going to make Twelve blocks because I want a bedspread sized quilt. I can't wait to see yours all finished up. Big Hugs...

:o) thanks for the hints in the email! I found some samples of scrappy quilts and it helped to have pictures of what had been done! Appreciated the suggestion!

Wow Darlene! Every block is stunning! I've seen lots of Swoon blocks, but I'm kind of smitten with yours - they are just lovely. Your fabric combinations are wonderful, giving the star such a pretty contrast.
