I Can't Stop!
(they are like potato chips - snicker)

These blocks are so much fun to make - 15 out of 32 are finished! WooHoo!!!! I think I need to stop showing these to you - bet you're bored. I'll show them again when I have all 32 finished. :-)

I hope that you and yours have had a wonderful Memorial Day. My DH is retired from the Air Force and I'm thankful everyday for the sacrifices he made for our country. And, we appreciate all the sacrifices that so many made, as well.

Thanks for stopping by! Come again!

In Friendship!

I'm in no way bored, Darlene. Keep them coming because they are definitely an inspiration.

My older brother was a Marine and served in Vietnam. A BIG thank you to all our enlisted personnel past and present.

Those are great little quilt blocks. I just found a little block that I want to really do using up my civil war scraps. Similar to that block - but different. I can imagine they are fun to make up and mix and match fabric.

Good to hear your mum is doing better. It is always nice to go away but it is nicer to come home again!

Mmm, yesss! Reminds me of some of the blocks I have in my "Sallie's Quilt" which is just waiting to be pulled together but I keep getting distracted.

Great color placement. Nice contrasts.

Isn't it super fun when a quilt becomes addicting. Sometimes I've made projects I couldn't wait to finish and other times I was sad to sew my last block. Fun.

I love the use of the darker fabrics for the block corner squares. This will go together in a sensational way! Tell us about the fabric you are using.
