Big Schnibble
Before I tell you about my project du jour I must share some information about my red mat. It's called a Miracle Mat and it's by Elan.
I said, "Yes", when a friend asked if I'd make Lincoln from Another Bite of Schnibbles by Carrie of Miss Rosie's Quilt Co using Cinnamon Spice by Blackbird Designs for Moda.
I was up bright and early this morning; wide eyed and bushy tailed (it was 4:30am and still dark). After two cups of coffee I got busy; measuring (at least 3 times - LOL), cutting and sewing. After a couple of hours I stopped to go to the grocery store; the cupboard was seriously bare.
Tomorrow is a new day and I'll git'r dun. LOL
I hope you enjoyed a pieceful day.
In Friendship!

I've been admiring the Cinnamon Spice fabric collection, trying to figure out what to make with it. I like your choice.
Sounds like we have the same morning routine. I have been FMQ since 4:30am! That is, after my 2 cuppas.
Who knows, we might still be able to see stars at that hour...you did.
Beautiful! You were up late sewing and blogging. Can't wait to see your finished quilt.
You are amazing! That will be gorgeous.
Lovely blocks! Looks like a big accomplishment!!
Oh my so pretty. I can't wait to see more.
Love these!! Wow!
What a great pattern and your blocks are wonderful. I need to look through my Schnibbles Two book.
Good looking stars, and that's great progress for one day. This might be a pattern choice for some Christmas squares I've been saving.
That fabric is perfect for Lincoln! I love how it's coming along Darlene! I will check back on you tomorrow...
Thirteen blocks is ALL you got done? Holy cow - I'd be lucky to get three done in a day. Very pretty!
Very pretty! I think red and green can never fail to be cheery.
I haven't been able to find the red mat - will you share where you found it please. Love the Big Schnibble.
I really like the print background set on the plain - charming!
