It was a meandering kind of day. I decided to quilt my Joy(ful) Gifts quilt with a very simple meandering. Yes, I know custom type quilting probably would be nicer but I really do like simple quilting. Give me a quilt with meandering, stippling, swirls, loops, straight line cross hatching, etc and I'm a very happy girl.
Custom quilting is drop dead gorgeous but truth be told it makes me nervous. LOL
I spent my couch/TV time sewing down the binding on the Mite Little Bite I showed you yesterday.
I plan to have something new to share in my next post. :-)

I LOVE it! LOVE the meandering! It's perfect...that is going to be the best squishy quilt...curl up on the couch under all those wonderful presents!

Meandering is good - it always has THE best look when it is is washed. I don't think anything else ever looks as quilty. Great job on ANOTHER finish. I think.
Have you seen the commercial for some insurance company with Jane Lynch - of Glee fame and other things? Her last line applies to you - we'll, aren't you just the little show off.

I'm a meander kind of gal too - I just love the cuddle factor that it brings to a quilt. That sure did make a super cute quilt!
This quilt is lovely and I think anything more than a simple meander would take away from the piecing. Congrats on another finish!
