BOOM, BOOM, BOOM
Another one bites the dust... :-)
I have finished my Sanctuary strippy quilt to the flimsy stage. It's not a very good picture but I couldn't lay it on the floor so it's draped on two counter stools! You get the idea?!?!?!?!?!?
OK, now I can start a new project? Yes? NO, NO, NO, NO! I must remain focused and disciplined. (maybe I should write that on the board 100 times) LOL
Thanks for visiting my blog, leaving comments and putting up with my antics!
Pattern credit: It's a variation of a similar quilt in "Super Simple Strips" by Possibilities. I used a Jelly Roll and their pattern calls for 3" strips. I did a little improvising. It's definitely their idea!

It is very pretty...did you design the pattern? You have certainly been a very busy girl.
We love your antics! In Australia we would call you a "dag" Heehe
Trust me that's a good thing lol.
Love the quilt too ,btw.
It's their idea... but it's your work, and it's beautiful, dear !
Biiiig hugs & smiles !

I'm impressed. You get so much done. I don't remember, do you have a long arm as well? Love the top, that's such a pretty line of fabric.
It looks so pretty...wonderful fabrics!
Oh very cool!
Very nice! I really like the effect of the two red inner borders.
Was that a sonic boom I heard Ms. SQG? lol Lovely quilt! Have any plans for it? I can't wait until I can quilt without guilt! lol Thanks for sharing! Have a wonderful mothter's day!
Congrats on getting another top done! It is so light and cheery.
You go, girlfriend!! :) It's a beauty...and those fabrics are just gorgeous! And you CAN just go ahead and start a new project!!! Flimsies have a beauty all their own...I know from whence I speak...I do have a 'couple' of them myself!!! LOL
I can't keep up with you woman! Your quilt is just gorgeous! Pass me the drool bucket again.
Ì love the idea, maybe I will steal it for my jelly roll quilt
Beautiful!! Of course, that describes everything you do! I was thinking last night -- I admire your dedication to Moda fabrics. I started out that way, but let myself be lured away by the other mfrs. You're my hero!
And, no! You MUST get another UFO done! The next one closest to being finished is _____.
(Hugs)
Super great quilt Darlene :-)
Very pretty quilt. Yours looks much better than the pattern.
Awesome quilt!
I just bought a 5" swatch pack of these fabrics and am wondering if I can make this quilt in a miniature size??
My next string quilt will be one from the Super Simple Strips book. I don't remember the name of the quilt but I'll use some mottled fabrics with a black border.
Neat border you put on it!
