#3 - Scratch made with Oz

With a lot of encouragement from Carrie Nelson I decided to use Oz to make Scratch. Oz is way out of my comfort zone. This was my challenge so why not challenge myself to use something a bit different from my norm. :-) I'm thrilled that I trusted her judgement because I love it. I ordered a different color for the setting triangles and borders but as I was working on the 4 patches and rails I decided I HAD to use black. I'm extremely pleased with the results.

Thank you so much for all your sweet comments and compliments. It's definitely my silly challenge but I appreciate that you're enjoying my sharing time.

Come back tomorrow - Botany will be strutting her stuff. LOL

In Friendship!

The black makes that quilt pop. I don't like going out of my comfort zone (who does) but sometimes it's a breath of fresh air! Good for you.
