Snippets

(a small bit of something)

I've had snippets of time to play with snippets of fabric (12 Days of Christmas scraps).

This box full of snippets probably should be sealed up and put on a shelf but I've been having way too much fun! :-)

Using my snippets of time and snippets of fabric I've created these four little quilts. I've been thinking enough already but I have two more ideas. LOL

Lest you think I've only played with Christmas snippets - here are pink and brown snippets, as well.

Thank you for spending a snippet of your day with me - please come back soon.

In Friendship!

That looks like a box of snippets left over from a BOM perhaps?! I have bags full of those scraps also...and I need to go ahead and make another quilt from them!

I love snippets of all kinds and yours are no exception. Learning to take the little bits of life and make as much as we can with them is a true gift of the spirit..and your quilts exemplify that...as do you!

Oooo. the one with the mini squares is too cute. I'm going to make a little twister one out of my scraps too. You are making good use of those scraps, Darlene!

Your snippets are so cute! Sometimes all you need is a little time for a little project to satisfy your creative urges. And now you have four little quilts!

Lovely little snippets! Perhaps I should go make a snippet quilt to add to my Christmas through the Year basket.

Very cute! Amazing what you can make from even tiny pieces. I bought a Twister template to use is a future, as yet unknown, project myself.

Darlene, my Wonder Quilter, Woman, Stitcher...you wear many hats sweet friend...I love your snippets. I hope to soon have some snippets to add to my Flicker account. Since I don't have a blog it's the only place I can post my things, such as they are. So...Keep those snippets coming and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers as always. Big Hugs...

So pretty. When it's all said and done, if I HAD to pick one colorway, it would be pink and brown - it just speaks to my soul :). Hope you're having a great day.
