A Quilt One Day?

I can't stop making these. No, I'm definitely not complaining, as they really are as addicting as Libby told me they would. :-) I really do need to get back to my hand applique - oh those projects are piling up. Actually, I just have a handful of leaves to do on my Country Cousins BOM block #3 but I need to prep all of block #4. It's September and blocks #5 & 6 will be here very, very soon. When I started this BOM I told myself that I would try to stay "on-task" so I'd better get busy.

Thought for today: Keep the promises you make to yourself and others.

Gratitudes: A sluggish day, a lazy day, a quiet day, etc.

Oh, they are are just like potato chips. You think, "I'll just make one little flower to add to my pile." Before you know it, you have the cutest little stack and you can't even stop then.
I love your flowers and I'm just smiling, smiling, smiling ...

They're so pretty -- you're doing great! If that's what you want to work on, then do it! Those BOM blocks won't go anywhere!

The colour of your hexagons is beautiful. It will be a great flowergarden when you put them all together. I was too hocked on hexagons and diamonds. I am working on a quilt with diamonds which is tiny tiny bits. I try to use all my samples I used to get from quiltshops. Tryed not to use one fabric twice. This is another of my ufo's that is almost finished, but archived in my boxes. Perhaps I should look at it againg.

These are cute - I almost bought a book in Joann's the other day that had a bunch of non traditional patterns for grandmother's flower garden blocks - I wish I'd bought it now.
