HMMMMM!

I've spent all day sewing....Sigh.... it's been awhile since I've done any actual piecing at my machine.

This is made with a Fresh Air Jelly Roll by Moda using a pattern called Fields of Flowers by Pieces From My Heart (Sandy Gervais). It's a birthday gift for a friend. I'm not sure about it but I believe that she'll like it.

Thanks for visiting my little blog!

In Friendship!

I'm pretty sure she'll love it! I've never sewn with a jelly roll, but see them all over the place.

Looks like just the right kind of sewing to get back in the saddle. I can hardly wait to catch up with myself and play with some fabrics and thread, too *s*

NICE! I don't buy jelly rolls because I would never unroll them!

Oh I am in love with jelly rolls...no cutting all those strips. Your friend is going to love the quilt. Perfect choice.

I'm sure your friend will love her quilt. It is beautiful. I haven't worked with jelly rolls yet either. I have cut a lot of my stash into 2 1/2" strips and use those in my scrappy projects. Fun!

I haven't been by to visit you for a while, but it's good to see that you've been busy and are staying out of trouble. You are staying out of trouble, aren't you?!

I really love your fall string quilt and your red cupboad. It's fun to take a peek into our cyber friends' homes.

What pretty use of the jelly rolls! I especially like the darker one.

This idea would also be great for string quilts!
