A Final Swoon

I spent the afternoon and evening finishing my Swoon quilt.

Swoon - block #7

Swoon - block #8
That's Inspector Cooper in the upper right hand corner  :-)

Swoon - block #9

Swoon - Finished!
(the cream background looks like two but it's the photography)
This quilt has been on my 'quilting bucket list' for almost a year.  I'm glad I waited until I found fabric that would work for me; I'm beyond elated.  I'm anxious to get it quilted so hopefully that will happen very, very soon.

Thank you so much for sharing my little Swoon journey with me; it's been fun.

I can hardly believe that tomorrow is Friday - where do the days go.  Seriously, where do they go?
I hope your Friday is pieceful.

In Friendship!

That looks beautiful. I must get on and make mine. I've had the fabrics for about 9 months now, so they're probably about ready to make an appearance!

Fan-tabulous!! I have laid out some blocks on my 'design floor' that have been waiting forever, too. It's such a good feeling to finally finish something that's been tucked away!

Oh no not the last one! I have too much fun seeing each one. Well, they look so pretty all together - I guess it's okay that was the last one. Now onto quilting that will be fun too.

I think I'm now officially the only person in the world who has not swooned. Looking at yours, I know just the perfect fabric. Where would I find the pattern? Beautiful quilt, Darlene.

I don't know - are you going to be able to stop at 9 blocks? :) Each and every block is gorgeous, but put together - they really do make a beautiful impact!

I somehow missed this post! I can't believe you finished your swoon quilt so quickly! I have had mine in the works for a year and have only 5 blocks done. I love this line of fabric. What a beautiful quilt to add to your collection. Do you keep all these quilts? Give some away? I love all of your pattern and fabric choices, I'm not sure I could part with such works of art! Can't wait to see what you have going on next.
