Christmas Sewing on Labor Day

I assembled enough packages for my Joy(ful) Gifts quilt. There were plenty of prints for me to do the cornerstones and such however I want to make a second quilt (for my daughter & her family) so I had to stop to do a little planning and thinking. (oops very long sentence). I think a couple of fat quarters and a charm pack should do it.

It was time to stop for bit - that snippet bucket is definitely overflowing. LOL

I'm trying to do my part, September is National Sewing Month, are you? :-)

I have a long chore list for the day but I will be back in my Happy Place later today.

Enjoy a pieceful.

In Friendship!

You have been very busy this weekend. I've been up North with family and a pig roast. We had a great weekend on the farm. I better get started on National Sewing Month, I'm off to a slow start.

Don't you hate that cooking, housework and errands get in the way of our sewing!? Lovely quilt.

Sewing my little heart out!! It's hard when the weather is so nice. Sew a little, go out of doors for a little, sew a little, clean the toilet, go outside for a litte, sew a little............
